Nemko contributes to a safer world by sharing knowledge and safeguarding products, environment, people and systems. Nemko creates value for the customer by providing fast and reliable global market access.
Objectives and policy.
Nemko shall be the customers preferred partner for global market access and selected related 3rd party services for certification of products, systems and personnel.
Nemko’s test reports, certifications and other services shall adhere to relevant standards and/or other agreed requirements.
Nemko shall set targets for continuous improvements of the quality level by monitoring customer satisfaction and necessary corrective actions based on feed back from customers or third parties, internal/external auditing, and the verification and certification processes.
Evaluation of products and systems certification is in Nemko synonymous with integrity, independence and neutrality to customers, shareholders, members of organizations behind the Nemko Foundation and commercial activities whatsoever. Nemko shall establish systems that prevent any form of undue influence on the testing and certification activities to maintain its integrity as a third party certification body.
Nemko shall at all times offer professional certification services that on an objective basis assesses the client’s documented management system and products based on the requirements in relevant standards, regulations and other normative documents.
