With experience from environmental labelling schemes and from development and verification of environmental declarations, Nemko may assist manufacturers with testing and consulting when applying for the ECO label.

Requirements for the ECO label

The manufacturer signs a contract with a competent body for the ECO label. Nemko has a co-operation with the Nordic ECO label Organization, which is a competent body in Norway, but formally any competent body within the EES can be chosen.
