Inspection Process:
In addition to pre-shipment inspection, Nemko also offers:
Pre-production Inspection
Before the actual production begins, our inspectors are available to inspect, by random sampling, the raw materials, components and accessories to be used in production, which will help the customer to counter check if the factory has ordered the correct materials and components.
During Production Inspection
As soon as the first goods come off the production lines, our inspectors may be there to check for any defects or deviation from quality parameters and follow up that these are rectified further in the product process.
