During inspection, a product sample size may be randomly selected according to one of the well-known international standards:

  • MIL-STD-105E
  • ANSI/ASQC Z1.4
  • ABC-STD-105
  • BS6001
  • ISO 2859
  • DIN- 40080
  • After the selection of product samples from the shipment lot, the inspection will be performed according to the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard. Or we can sample and inspect to the customer’s requirement with the customer’s official application.

Acceptable Quality Level

AQL standard refers to the maximum number of defective product samples that could be considered acceptable during the random sampling of an inspection. Any defects found during inspection are classified into 3 levels: Critical, Major and Minor.

The AQL level should be agreed between the buyer and the supplier before production commences or the sales take place.
