Ex Equipment

Nemko is an accredited test laboratory according to the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025 and a certification body according to EN 45011. Nemko is also a Notified Certification Body according to the ATEX Directive. Nemko is an approved test laboratory and certification body within the IECEx Scheme.

Nemko is able to perform Quality Assurance Notification (QAN) according to the ATEX Directive and Quality Assurance Report (QAR) according to IECEx requirements.

Medical Safety Testing

As a Notified Body (No. 0470) within the EU/EEA for Medical Devices Directive (MDD) 2007/47/EC (amending 93/42/EEC), we can cover your compliance needs for product requirements (IEC 60601 series) as well as Quality Management System (ISO 13485) requirements.

IN-SITU Testing

Traditionally almost all testing is conducted in a laboratory, under controlled conditions with stable environmental conditions, i.e. ambient noise, temperature and humidity. These tests are usually conducted in isolated chambers or shielded rooms, and the equipment under test can be configured and manipulated the way you want.
