Official Rules: Nemko Digital AI Giveaway February 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Nemko Digital AI Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Nemko Digital B.V., Keizersgracht 572, 1017 EM Amsterdam, Netherlands ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Anthropic, Plaud, or any other social media platform or prize provider.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of countries where such promotions are not prohibited by law, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on February 8, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Central European Time (CET) and ends on February 22, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CET (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, visit the official landing page at https://my.perkzilla.com/2uu and complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address. Upon successful entry, you will become a "Participant."
Participants may earn additional points by completing specified actions. Key actions include:
•Refer a Friend (25 points per successful referral )
•Follow Nemko Digital on LinkedIn (25 points)
•Subscribe to the Nemko Digital Newsletter (15 points)
•Share the Campaign on LinkedIn (10 points)
Other bonus actions may be available. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection
There will be a total of four (4) winners selected on or around February 22, 2026, as follows:
•1st Place (Leaderboard Prize): The Participant with the highest total number of points at the end of the Contest Period will be the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the Participant who reached the point total first.
•2nd Place (Probability Prize): One (1) potential winner will be selected via a weighted, probability-based draw from all eligible Participants. The more points a Participant has, the higher their chance of winning, but winning is not guaranteed.
•3rd & 4th Place (Random Draw Prizes): Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of all eligible Participants.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. All decisions are final.
6. Prizes
•1st Place Prize (1): One-year subscription to Claude Pro (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": €195).
•2nd Place Prize (1): One (1) Plaud NotePin AI Voice Recorder (ARV: €179).
•3rd & 4th Place Prizes (2): A three-month subscription to Claude Pro (ARV: €54 each).
Total ARV of all prizes is €482. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided upon entry on February 22, 2026. Potential winners must reply to the notification email within five (5) days to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified time, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In such an event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner.
8. Data Privacy and Publicity
By entering the Contest, you agree to the Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information as described in the Sponsor’s Security Policy, available at https://digital.nemko.com/our-security-policy. By entering, you consent to receive email communications from the Sponsor. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes a winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name and city/country of residence for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
This Contest is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Except where prohibited, each Participant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
12. Winner List
To request the names of the winners, send an email to digital@nemko.com with the subject line "Nemko Digital AI Giveaway Winners Request." Requests must be received within four (4 ) weeks of the end of the Contest Period.
