I have years of experience in a dual role as the Director of Sales and Global Market Access at Nemko USA, Inc., a leading provider of testing, inspection, and certification services for electrical and electronic products. In my current position, I manage both the sales team and project managers for global market access. Leveraging extensive knowledge in technical sales, business development, and global regulatory compliance, I assist clients in navigating the complexities of regulatory approvals in over 150 countries.

David Castaneda has been working within Nemko to help bring support and insight to Nemko USA’s Account Management sales team since 2017.

In working with Nemko’s network of compliance specialists, as well as directly interfacing with manufacturers big and small, David serves as a direct resource to guide our Nemko team and valued customers on changing global compliance needs. Specialties include: International Market Access Certifications, Product Safety, EMC, Wireless, Environmental, and Consulting services.

Chris Schmidbauer has been working with Nemko for nearly 8 years. He initially started with Nemko as a Safety Laboratory Technician in 2007, then transferred to the Sales/Account Management Department as a New Business Account Manager after completing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He currently now holds the position of Senior Account Executive and works with many companies supporting their compliance needs for many different types of products.

I’ve learned within my position, that with any challenge, there is the ability to turn those challenges into opportunities. The most rewarding aspect of my role at Nemko are the friendships I’ve fostered with my co-workers and customers alike. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life is pivotal for me. When I’m not working, I like to exercise, play golf, read, listen to music, and spend quality time with my family and friends.

Kimberly Karpp came to Nemko after being in the Medical Device Industry for over 20 years. Since joining Nemko in 2019, as Account Executive/Market Access Business Development Manager, she has partnered with clients in various industries, including medical and ITAV, to help them navigate the compliance world. Guiding them through the testing and certification process, all the way to bringing their products to market.

For the past 10 years, Lori Clark has been a Project Manager for the System Certification Department helping clients obtain and maintain their ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and MDSAP certifications for clients throughout North America.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, retail leadership, and skilled trades. From managing operations at major retailers like Sunburst Shutters, Lowe’s, and Home Depot to working in residential and commercial electrical and HVAC, Bryan blends technical expertise with a true passion for people. Now a Key Account Manager at Nemko USA, he supports global market access and TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance), and has recently joined the Nemko Digital team as an AI Sales Manager. Bilingual, driven, and full of positive energy, Bryan is all about building relationships and making an impact, one project at a time.

Jennifer supports global market access projects with precision and efficiency. Since joining Nemko in 2014, her detail-oriented approach and background in finance have shaped the way she manages 150+ country approvals seamlessly.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and seeking out must-try dishes wherever she goes.

Grace has a chemistry background and worked as a scientist before joining Nemko in 2019. Her scientific foundation helps her deeply understand RoHS and environmental aspects of regulatory compliance.

She partners with customers worldwide to manage approvals in more than 150 countries-delivering clarity, efficiency, and confidence at every step.

With more than 10 years at Nemko, Rochelle brings deep experience and a steady, detail-focused approach to global project management. Known for being a bit of a neat freak, Rochelle turns organization into an advantage-keeping documentation in order, tracking critical details, and helping projects move smoothly through complex approval processes.
