Introduction to Sanitation Field Evaluations
A Sanitation Field Evaluation is an inspection of unlisted/uncertified equipment done in the field to the corresponding food safety standards. The scope of the inspection includes a review of cleanability, materials acceptability for food contact surfaces, and proper spacing and clearances.
