India TEC to extend mandatory implementation date for Phase III and Phase IV

Date: June 13, 2022

Extension of MTCTE phase-III and IV mandatory date and ILAC relaxation date by one year i.e. to 01.07.2023

Key points:

1. The new date for the mandatory implementation will be July 1, 2023 for Phase III and Phase IV products
2. Extension of last day of acceptance test reports from ILAC approved labs to 30th June , 2023, for products listed on previous amendment notice dated on 31st Jan , 2022. 
3. Other conditions of Notification dated on 31 Jan 2022 remains unchanged
