    Meet Bryan K Lupercio

    Bryan Lupercio Headshots 1 (1)Bryan K Lupercio

Key Account Manager / AI Sales Manager

    Define your role within Nemko.
I'm an AI Sales manager, but my official title is Key Account Manager. I focus more on the larger-scale accounts that are impacting the world globally. In a nutshell, I help where I can! I like to believe I am a hybrid! But not a Prius.

How did you choose this career path?
With a background in residential and commercial electrical work, HVAC, and both sales and management, I’ve always been drawn to roles that combine hands-on experience with people-focused solutions. I came across Nancy, and she told me about Nemko. She was excited to talk to me about what Nemko does and how cool it is to make a global impact. When the opportunity to join Nemko arose, I saw it as the perfect chance to align two of my greatest passions: sales and the ever-evolving world of technology. I’ll be honest, I was initially scared. This was an entirely new field for me. But I found it fascinating. The idea of being part of something that makes a global impact was too powerful to pass up, so I took a leap of faith. To this day, I still pinch myself. I'm surrounded by some of the brightest minds and most talented engineers in the industry. I’m proud and grateful to be part of the Nemko family. I would like to thank Nancy and David at Nemko for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to make a positive impact alongside the amazing Nemko team.

What do you enjoy most about your job at Nemko?
What excites me is being part of an industry that touches every corner of the globe. The innovation, the collaboration, and most importantly, the people make it incredibly fulfilling. I’ve always believed in being in the people business, and this career has allowed me to do exactly that—build relationships, learn continuously, and help others navigate a dynamic, fast-moving field.

Are there any challenges that you’ve faced during your career that have taught you important lessons?
Yes, it's about pacing and learning from mistakes. Balance is key. When you are in this industry, you want to know everything. Rome was not built in a day, and learning to be okay with that is the challenge as long as you are moving forward. I find everything incredibly cool and interesting. I want to know everything about it, but my body and brain need sleep.

What do you think the industry will look like in 20 years?
AI is evolving in real-time at a rapid rate. This will be a significant advancement for humanity. Quantum computing is expected to become a commonplace technology in the future.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?
I feel like I'm making a positive impact on the world. We make the world a safer place. I now have purpose. If today were my last day on earth, I know I made a difference to the world. One project at a time.

What are some market trends you’re keeping an eye on?
AI is huge, and I wish people realized this is where the world is going. We have a digital encyclopedia at our fingertips. AI has helped me become a better communicator and has improved my grammar.

When not working, how do you spend your spare time?
If I am not wearing the tie and Nikes at work, I'm likely wearing my motorcycle helmet and carving the roads in San Diego. I live by the beach with my family, and I have a cat named Bacon. I also enjoy playing video games, riding skateboards, and taking long walks on the beach. Don’t judge me. My favorite movie is The Notebook. What can I say? I am a Cancerian man who is in touch with his feelings. I love everyone. Be good, do good!
