      RFQ collaboration - add a colleague

      We understand that the information requested in the RFQ often spans multiple areas of expertise. That’s why, when you press “New Quote”, you’ll have the option to "Yes, add a colleague". This allows you to invite colleagues to contribute directly to the RFQ, making it easier to gather complete and accurate input from the right people.

      Confidentiality of shared information

      All information you share with us is treated confidentially, and our services are delivered in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited processes.

      Nemko Docstore - document exchange platform

      Nemko Docstore is our document exchange platform where you can easily access, manage and share your company's important documents in a secure environment.

      Key benefits

      Secure access:
      Docstore uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory for authentication, ensuring that your documents are protected with industry-leading security measures.

      Convenient login:
      If your company uses Office 365, you can log in with your existing credentials. For others, a one-time login code will be sent to your registered email address.

      Real-time synchronization:
      Your access will be synchronized with the cloud within minutes, so you can start using Docstore almost immediately.

      Controlled access:
      Only registered contacts in your company have access to Docstore, ensuring that your documents are only accessible to authorized personnel.
