My role within Nemko Includes dual responsibilities. Primarily, I serve as the Marketing and Sales Executive for Nemko India, where I strategize and execute plans to enhance our market presence and drive sales growth. Additionally, I am an integral part of the International Approvals team, where my focus lies in assisting our clients with navigating the complex landscape of certification requirements in various countries.
How did you choose this career path?
Starting out as a sales trainee at Nemko marked the beginning of my professional journey. It wasn't just the initial role that drew me in, but also the potential for growth and development within the company.
What do you enjoy most about your job at Nemko?
Each day presents a fresh set of challenges, from products, and customer requirements, which keeps me engaged and motivated. The opportunity to expand my knowledge on a daily basis is incredibly fulfilling, and I genuinely enjoy every challenge that comes my way.
Are there any challenges that you’ve faced during your career that have taught you important lessons?
My educational background lies in Mechanical Engineering, but my professional journey has led me into a diverse realm within the technical field. Under the guidance of my manager and my peers, I successfully navigated through unfamiliar territory, overcoming challenges and broadening my expertise.
What do you think the industry will look like in 20 years?
In 20 years, the TIC industry is likely to be heavily influenced by advancements in technology such as AI, automation, and IoT. Processes will become more streamlined, efficient, and data-driven. There may also be a shift towards more sustainable and eco-friendly practices in response to global environmental concerns. Overall, the industry will continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of society and businesses.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?
Receiving heartfelt gratitude from my clients or hearing their praise for the excellence of my service is deeply fulfilling. However, what truly Connects with me is the opportunity to assist in driving my clients' products into the market.
What does the average day in your life look like for you?
I thoroughly enjoy sports, so whenever I have some free time, I make sure to get active by playing cricket, badminton, or volleyball. Additionally, I love spending time with friends and family, especially when we're out enjoying a good meal together.
