I am the EMC manager of Nemko Korea.

How did you choose this career path?
I started my career from a friend's recommendation to join Nemko.

What do you enjoy most about your job at Nemko?
What I enjoy the most is when I receive compliments from customers after finishing a complex project and when I receive a reward from the company. I like knowing I have made the customer happy and worked hard for my company.

Are there any challenges that you’ve faced during your career that have taught you important lessons?
I learned an important lesson: if I don't communicate with the employee, the entire ship will go down. Communication is vital to ensure everyone is on the same page and is in the loop on what is going on and what the plans are.

What do you think the industry will look like in 20 years?
It will be hard to survive if the business is not large. The number of competitors is increasing daily; if you aren’t an established name in the industry, it will be hard for you to survive.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?
I've been a manager for three years, but I think it can still be hard at times. The main takeaway is that it is rewarding to lead the team and ensure we are all doing everything we can to have the most success.

What are some market trends you’re keeping an eye on?
I am keeping an eye on the automotive (RF, Battery), Air taxi (Drone, Battery), Mobile, and Cyber Security (Software) markets at the moment.

When not working, how do you spend your spare time?
When not working, I enjoy playing golf, watching movies, or sometimes just sleeping and relaxing.
